You get what you pay for. A bit on the expensive side. Nearby Kuta. Great hotel. Understand that you only stay at this hotel if you going to use the hotel facilities. If you always out and just need a place to sleep there are cheaper hotels. (Booked.net) is the best!

It is the best hotel with fresh sea breeze and the fact that it is right next to the beach. Also the fitness centre is conviniently located and safe within the hotel premises. The Shopping mall is right next door to the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Everything with the hotel is excellent, nothing to its detriment.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel was something special. The staff were not only helpful but went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful grounds and stunning sea views. The pool was fantastic, and we loved the chic restaurants and bars on-site. The cocktails were AMAZING, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Our room had a big terrace, a comfortable bed, and the towels were big and soft. When we needed an iron and board, they brought it to the room and set it up for us. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely return without hesitation.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Waterbom and the Discovery Plaza, a vast number of hotels, and quality restaurants.

Great location - Malls, markets, restuarants etc all within very short walk.Swim up bar and Beach access with manicured green grass. Great breakfast. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a magnificent suite with stunning views at no extra cost - Bonus!

All in all everything was excellant, had a wonderful stay at christmas time. I appreciated the deluxe room with garden view and couches, for instance. The breakfast was delightful for meditation food, the food was reasonably priced. The hotel's location was favourable, just next door to all the restaurant and beaches, a big mall, and the gardens. There was a beachside restaurant nearby.

Fresh made breakfast with so many varieties for all tastes. A comfortable bed and an a nice size and well-equipped room overall. Prime and picturesque location, 5 minutes' walk to a lively water park. Good area with restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - just a short walk from the main beach road, with plenty of quality restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were great, and we especially loved the refreshing view from our balcony. The decent internet connection was also a plus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of cuisines, catering to all nationalities and providing something for every taste.

the toilet need refurbishment..no water outlet before shower place the floor is sticky and wet as there is no carpet..have to wear slipper the breakfast buffet: have to wait for long for an omellette, not so efficient in serving tea/coffee

Messed up reservation on arrival, bathroom a little small, maybe need to renovate rooms a bit, could have huts by the pool, need a better pool area (pool and bar is good but could be a bit better around there)

We loved the hotel's location, which was close to everything. There were markets with Balinese wares just outside the nearby shopping centre. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. Plus, the facilities were fantastic and very clean.

Location good, room spacious, wide spead breakfirst, nice sea-view from hotel room. Shopping & food restaurants just outside the hotel with 5- 10 mins walk. Recommend for people who looks for day & night activities.

Only 1 pool; though beach-front but can't swim in this part of the beach .

Absolutely beautiful hotel and excellent service! Very clean with breakfast to die for, we cant wait to go back again.Wouldnt stay anywhere else!
